This will primarily affect the OpenScape UC softphone environment, including chat. There will be several interruptions, and ongoing calls via OpenScape UC will be disrupted from 1 p.m. onwards. Calls via landlines should not be affected. The service provider has not yet been able to tell us the total duration of the maintenance work, but it should be completed by the end of the working day at the latest.

A maintenance window has been scheduled for Thursday, 26 February 2025, between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. The Open-Xchange service will be partially unavailable during this period, and it will not be possible to send or retrieve emails. However, the downtime is expected to be significantly less than the maintenance window. Incoming emails will be delivered after the maintenance work has been completed.
