The University IT Services ("RZ") is the IT service provider for the University of Freiburg. The RZ has been the central operating facility since 1966. We provide the IT infrastructure for the university. On our web pages you will find all information about our tasks and services.

Not all connections are being processed by the system. As a result, people connecting via their browser or the telephony app on their smartphone may not be reachable. Telephony via hardware devices (telephones, cordless phones, door entry systems, [...]) is not affected by this disruption. We need to resolve the issue in conjunction with the manufacturer’s support team. This will not be possible until Tuesday at the earliest. |
