Due to conversion work on the KG router, there are short outages - for a few minutes - in the network in the city centre area.

Second StorageGrid site is back in operation

The StorageGrid servers in KG II could be put back into service. This means that both performance and geo-redundancy (depending on the policy) have been restored.

Hello, currently our secondary system has been running again for about 2 hours, so since this time a geo-redundant backup has been performed again. All data has already been backed up to our secondary system.

Cooling supply KG II in operation again

The new chiller /refrigrator-machine is repaired and back in operation. The switchover has taken place and the services can now return to regular operation.

Interim status of cooling supply failure KG II

Currently, the server room is supplied by the old chiller, so some services are available again. However, repair work is still in progress and interruptions may occur again when switching back to the new refrigeration supply.

Update: Backup/archive service will be available again from about 14h30.

Currently, maintenance processes are still running, after which the servers will be released for client access again.

File server: Restrictions due to cooling failure in KG2

Due to cooling problems (see [1]) at our second site, all systems there have to be shut down. Our main site in the data center is not affected. However, due to the shut down of the second site geo-redundant backup of data from our main site to the second site is no longer available.
