Mail server: duplicate folders in Outlook

Should you find duplicate folders in your mail client after the mail server transition, please do not delete these.

In some mail accounts that are connected to Exchange Active Sync with Outlook, some folders have been duplicated since the transition (indicated by a [1] after the folder name). Please do not delete these, as the original folder will then also be deleted and the emails will not be retrievable afterwards.

In these cases it is necessary to either remove the Exchange account from Outlook, to reconfigure it or to restart with a new profile.
