bwLehrpool disruption due to router and data server maintenance
Since tomorrow, 20.12.2018, from 8:00 to 8:15 the central IT Services router will be converted, and additionally the file server will be updated from 8:00, disruptions to the bwLehrpool system should be expected.
The maintenance of the central router affects the external connections (Internet) as well as reachability of the data server services (User homes, network drives of the IT Services). These works will beginn at around 8 a.m. and should take approximately 15 minutes.
Additionally, the file server and the central storage system will be updated, starting at 8:00 as well. These works will probably last all day. Therefore, interruptions to the home directories, group drives, log-in etc. should be expected, and the duration of the interruptions is not predictable.
