bwCloud maintenance from 09.04.2024
#Maintenance From 09.04.2024, maintenance work will take place at all bwCloud operating locations, which will last at least three days. Freiburg users will have to migrate their files and data themselves.
User accounts are all deactivated during maintenance and all virtual servers are switched off. If the users have not shut down their VM(s) themselves, they will be stopped from 8 a.m. on the first day of maintenance; data on the volumes/data storage devices will be retained. However, any unsaved content in RAM will be lost. A comprehensive FAQ can be found on the bwCloud website.
