2023-08-31 Problems with newly produced UniCards in individual cases
In the case of newly produced UniCards, there are currently problems in individual cases with the retransmission of the card number to the central identity management system. The cards can then not be found in the access control system.
A small proportion of newly produced UniCards are affected. These cards may have problems with other functions in addition to access control. For the majority of newly produced cards, there are no problems and everything works normally.
Troubleshooting is ongoing. We apologize for any inconvenience.
