- 2022-02-03 HISinOne available again
- The Campus Management System HISinOne is available again since 12:34 pm
- Action required! Maintenance work on the bwCloud (all operating sites) from January 25, 2022 onwards
- From 25/01/2022 08:00 maintenance work will take place in all bwCloud operating sites and will last at least one day. The user accounts and projects of each user have to be reactivated or newly created by a re-registration. For the Freiburg region, further manual work, such as the manual migration of VMs, is also necessary.
- Survey on BigBlueButton among lecturers and students
- Dear lecturers, dear students, help us improve our offerings and participate in our short, anonymous survey about BigBlueButton, our video conferencing or virtual classroom tool.
- The new SPSS licenses are available in Asknet from now on
- SPSS licenses can now be ordered in the Asknetshop. Versions 26, 27 and 28 are available.
- ILIAS available again after update to version 7.2
- The update of ILIAS to the latest version 7.2 has been successful. File migration processes are still running in the background and will be completed automatically in the next few days. All files and courses are of course available. Thank you for your patience and have fun with ILIAS 7!
- bwLehrpool: Wikis and updated documentation
- As part of the ongoing update of bwLehrpool documentation, the RZ's bwLehrpool wiki pages have been streamlined to include references to the cross-university bwLehrpool state service wiki.

- Department E-Learning is looking for student assistants
- We are looking for motivated students to join our team in providing e-learning support to faculty and students.
- Use of pool rooms with bwLehrpool (preliminary considerations for opening RZ, WM4)
- Due to recent developments, on-site pool use is moving back into reach. Currently, the pools are available for e-exams and can also be used for approved on-site events. Free practice still requires documentation of presence, which requires oversight personnel. This needs planning lead time as it also coincides with the regulations for opening the relevant buildings.
- Guideline of the work group RDM "Responsible Handling of Research Data" published on Zenodo
- The "Guidelines - Responsible Handling of Research Data" of the Working Group on Research Data Management in Baden-Württemberg, in which the RDMG is also involved, which has already been mentioned several times, has now been officially published and referenced via DOI after adoption in the work group and confirmation in the ALWR (working group of the representatives of Scientific Computing Centers in Baden-Württemberg) and working group BibDir.
- bwLehrpool available in the geology pool rooms
- In the two pool rooms of Geology (Institute of Earth and Environmental Sciences) bwLehrpool is now also available.

- The webinar will take place today, Friday, May 7, at 11:30 a.m. and is aimed at teaching staff at the University of Freiburg
- The e-learning qualification program starts again
- After a semester break, we are restarting our e-learning workshops. This semester, all offerings will take place online.
- New licenses for Zoom, Sunday booked and assigned
- Last Sunday, the procured Zoom licenses were successfully booked in the Zoom portal and automatically assigned to the licensed accounts. There were no interruptions in service. More information can be found below.
- Call for Proposals International Virtual Academic Collaboration
- With a new round of calls for proposals for the IVAC - International Virtual Academic Collaboration program line, the DAAD is funding courses that are designed with international partner universities and offered in digital form.
