Merging into one pool: -100 and -101 in basement floor

After a transition period during the summer, the pools in the IT Service building are being reorganized due to a change in demand (and a partially broken partition wall). Starting with the winter semester, there will be two rooms with 15 and 17 spaces, respectively, (-113 and -114) and one room with 30 work spaces (-100 and -101 combined) available for use.

Due to a change in demand and the need for a room that can seat groups larger than 20, the pool rooms on the basement floor have been reorganized. Last year, the first step was completed when the -114 pool was redesigned and renewed, as it was changed from group spaces to a regular configuration.

Now, due to a higher demand in rooms for large groups, the pools -100 and -101 have  been merged into one big pool (here, the partition wall was also an issue). The room will be run under the number -100. The data in the system will be adjusted accordingly.

The pool video switch, which is available in all rooms, will be modified accordingly. The booking options for the rooms in HISinOne will be updated as well. In all rooms bwLehrpool will be made available as part of the university PC pool concept.
