There have been reports of spammers using the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which was introduced last Friday, May 25, 2018, in order to gain attention.
Additionally to the general advice, like for example from BSI in general or in the anruf especially, it should be noted that a reference to the new law does not automatically guarantee that the email is serious.
