News on online storage service bwSync&Share (information from KIT)

The service bwSync&Share is an online storage service that available for students and universities in Baden-Württemberg. It allows easy exchange of data between different computers, mobile devices, and users. It is operated by KIT Karlsruhe.

Several improvements have been made through an update to the newest server version last week:

performance when using the service via a browser (e.g. firefox, chrome, IE)
synchronization

Additionally, it is now possible to transfer owner rights to other users through the web-interface.
