bwLehrpool: Wikis and updated documentation

As part of the ongoing update of bwLehrpool documentation, the RZ's bwLehrpool wiki pages have been streamlined to include references to the cross-university bwLehrpool state service wiki.

Since many Universities and Colleges in the state Baden-Württemberg now use bwLehrpool, the service-level bwLehrpool Wiki is also the place to find the most up-to-date information, instructions, and documentation on bwLehrpool thanks to their collaboration.

In order to provide up-to-date information in the bwLehrpool-RZ-Wiki as the first point of contact on the one hand, and to avoid duplication of work and discrepancies on the other hand, the contents have been streamlined and links to the respective contents of the project's own Wiki have been set. Likewise, the information on support has been standardized.
