Reminder: Switching-off of BSCW server on December 31, 2018

At the end of the year, the University IT Services will switch off the old BSCW server. All users are asked to move their data to the new work group server.

Since the end of 2017, the University IT Services is operating the service "Arbeitsgruppenserver" ("work group server") for research and administration under the URL https://groups.uni-freiburg.de/.

With the new service in operation, the old one, "BSCW server" (https://bscw.uni-freiburg.de) has become redundant. The University IT Services will end the operation of the old service on 31.12.2018 and is asking its users, especially managers of work spaces, to move their data to the new work space servers in time.
