The Microsoft Home Use Program is available again
University employees can now acquire Office Pro Plus licenses for private use at a reduced price.
However, there is a catch: Those interested cannot sign-up for the Home Use Program themselves, but must receive an invitation by the program administrator. Unfortunately, Microsoft has yet to find a solution that would give the University of Freiburg a fast and individual service, which would make it unnecessary for those interested to contact the program administrator.
Therefore, if you would like to use Office thorugh HUP, please send an email to lizenzen@rz.uni-freiburg.de. We will then forward your request.
The invitation link will then land in your inbox a couple days later.
