Campus license OriginPro renewed

As of November 20, 2017, the new Origin Pro Version 2018 (9.5) is available on the server http://software.physik.uni-freiburg.de/OriginPRO.

Dear users,

as of November 20, 2017, the new Origin Version 2018 (9.5) is available as .exe and .zip on the server http://software.physik.uni-freiburg.de/OriginPRO.

The download is only available through the campus network. Every device with an IP Address in the areas of 10.xxx and 132.xxx are authorized. External access is possible through VPN.

The serial numbers have not changed. In order to run the program without any interruption, the 2018 license must be reactivated.

Important information regarding network licences:

8.x installations are not supported anymore
the licenses server is accessible through the campus network thorugh the DNS name origin.lic.uni-freiburg.de Port 27001
when accessing through the license server, the system´s time setting must be at GMT +1, otherwise a new license cannot be retrieved from the server
