- #ufrstatus #wartung On the morning of Wednesday 15 July 2026, the Wi-Fi system in the main University Library building will undergo a major update. This is intended to improve system performance. There will be no change to the way connected Wi-Fi clients operate.

- 30 June 2026, 20:36: BundID integration with HISinOne temporarily disabled
- #ufrstatus #stoerung The BundID integration (login and account linking) with HISinOne is currently experiencing a disruption and has been temporarily disabled. We are working to restore the service and will keep you informed. All other login methods remain unchanged.

- 8 July 2026, 13:08: The previous Legacy Software Shop (https://ruf.asknet.de/) was closed by its operator, AcademicSoftware, on 30 June 2026
- #ufrstatus #stoerung #wartung The previous legacy software shop (https://ruf.asknet.de) was closed by the operator, AcademicSoftware, on 30 June 2026. The university is terminating the underlying contract and will not be switching to the new generation of the shop. In future, the Computer Centre will distribute SPSS licences directly; the installation packages will be available to university members via ILIAS. Microsoft licences are not affected and will continue to be covered by the campus licence agreement. The MATLAB campus licence had already expired. The products previously available in the shop (e.g. Parallels Desktop, CorelDRAW, Camtasia, ABBYY FineReader, EndNote) can now be purchased independently on the open market at EDU rates. The University’s procurement guidelines apply in this regard. Further information and details can be found in the main text of this notice.

- #ufrstatus #wartung Maintenance work needs to be carried out on the AI infrastructure. The AI services Open WebUI and the ILIAS AI assistants will be unable to process any requests today, Tuesday 7 July 2026, between 13:30 and approximately 14:30. It will also not be possible to use the LLMs via the API during this time.
