Information and Communication Technology Board
The Information and Communication Technology Board advises the University's Senate and Rectorate so as to ensure sustainable IT and media development.
The Information and Communication Technology Board (IuK Ausschuss) is responsible for media development, information processing and communication technology, working independent from the the University's jurisdiction. The Board is the principal supplier of media development and makes suggestions for any new communication infrastructure or computer systems. The Board also initiates any redevelopment plans for the University IT Services.
The University IT Services Director, Dr. Gerhard Schneider, works together with the head of the University Library to collaborate their expertise.
